THE BRO DDYFI FOOD BANK

The Bro Ddyfi Food Bank exists in Machynlleth for the local population and provides a three day emergency food supply for those in immediate need – e.g. Awaiting benefit claims, unexpected loss of income etc.

The Food Bank offers a helpful, confidential, and discreet service.

Advice Mid Wales helped to set up the Food Bank a couple of years ago and this is still a necessity. We as a partner outlet give out at least one food parcel per week to our clients alone.

The issuing of a food parcel is subject to the completion of a crisis/needs check form which we complete with our client.
